What You’ll Do
The COO is the operational backbone of our Investments business, driving innovation, delivering outstanding client service, and enabling strategic transformation. As a graduate, you’ll be immersed in the technology, data, and operations that power our investment capabilities.
You’ll Rotate Across Areas Such As
- Investments Technology supporting front‑office platforms and digital tools.
- Client Technology enhancing client‑facing systems and experiences.
- Operations streamlining processes and ensuring operational excellence.
- Data & Insight managing and leveraging data to inform decisions.
You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, contribute to enterprise systems, and work with modern tools and cloud platforms. Expect to participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
