- As IT Senior Audit Manager, you will be a senior leader within Internal Audit, reporting into the technology audit leadership team and acting as a key partner to senior stakeholders across the business. You will lead complex technology audits, oversee technology risk assessments and audit planning, manage integrated audit engagements and help shape the future direction of technology assurance across Aberdeen. - Lead the annual technology audit planning process, technology risk assessment activity and development of risk-based audit coverage across the Group
- Deliver complex technology audits and technology assurance workstreams within integrated audits, ensuring high-quality and timely outcomes
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior technology stakeholders, providing insight on emerging risks and assurance priorities
- Oversee issue validation, portfolio quality and reporting, identifying themes and opportunities for sustainable risk reduction
- Lead, coach and develop audit professionals, allocating resources effectively and supporting capability growth across the team
- Act as deputy to the Head of Audit IT when required and represent Internal Audit at senior governance and leadership forums

Relevant professional qualification such as CISA, CISM or CRISCStrong understanding of technology risks affecting large financial services organisationsSignificant internal audit, risk or assurance experience within financial services, including leadership responsibilityExperience of integrated audits and partnering effectively with business audit teams and senior stakeholdersExcellent communication, influencing and relationship-management skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business impactProven ability to lead complex, risk-based technology audits across multiple business areas and control environmentsExperience using data analytics or AI-enabled audit toolsKnowledge of COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001 or NIST frameworksExperience in technology risk functionsExposure to cyber security, resilience, cloud, data, AI and third-party technology assurance
