About the role:
This is a fantastic chance to sit at the heart of our institutional business, supporting sales directors and client teams as we expand our liquidity franchise. You'll gain hands-on exposure to sales strategy, client onboarding, and marketing campaigns—while building deep knowledge of financial markets and client engagement.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create compelling presentations and marketing materials
- Produce competitor and market analysis
- Maintain and enhance Salesforce data accuracy (client contacts, AUM, opportunities)
- Provide day-to-day support to the liquidity sales team
- Research and identify target sectors and key prospects
- Build structured outreach strategies (email & phone)
- Partner with Marketing to drive targeted campaigns
- Help identify top opportunities across industries
- Support onboarding of new clients, including AML/KYC checks
- Liaise with internal teams and Luxembourg-based transfer agency
- Follow up with clients to gather required documentation
- Assist with remediation for high-risk or complex client cases
Requirements for the role:
- A degree (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working with data and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
- Client facing – presentable with excellent communication skills—written and verbal
- A proactive mindset, a willingness to learn and be able to work at pace
