The Aberdeen Adviser sales channel is dedicated to delivering our ambition of being the easiest business to work with. The remit of the team is to build, develop and retain partnerships with adviser firms in the UK by maximising our potential to grow and improving the customer experience.
We are looking for customer-driven people to join our Distribution team and provide specialist expertise, build relationships, and do the right thing for our customers and the business. As a Platform Consultant you'll provide a bespoke support service to Wrap and Elevate platform users within advisory firms to implement, provide training on, and embed the platform proposition within an advisory partners' business. This is a home-based role, but the successful applicant should have a full driving license and expect to travel to provide training and consultancy support to platform users in a face-to-face capacity, specifically in the Midlands (Birmingham area).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on Aberdeen Wrap, Elevate & Investment Hub platforms to external users.
- Embed Wrap & Elevate processes within IFA businesses.
- Provide new business support to add flows to the Aberdeen platforms.
- Support key Strategic partnerships with new business and platform navigation.
- Project management skills for managing client migrations & novations.
- Support the welcome to Aberdeen Wrap process, removing barriers for new users accessing the platform.
- Using MI to analyse IFA platforms & support users.
- Contribute to webinar training programme.
About The Candidate
- Experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or project delivery, ideally in a consultancy or advisory capacity.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with experience leading strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Experience with risk/control frameworks (e.g., RCSA) is an advantage.
