Aberdeen is seeking a Finance Analyst, Reward and Governance to support accounting, forecasting and governance of executive and employee remuneration schemes.

The role interfaces with Finance, Reward, HR and senior stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and robust controls.

You will develop models for deferred share schemes and contribute to Rem Co decision support, modelling scenarios and providing commentary on variances and P&L impacts.
