- Our Investments business is a specialist asset manager that focuses on areas where we have both strength and scale to capitalise on the key themes shaping the market, through either public markets or alternative asset classes.
This role sits within our Adviser sector and our business strategy is to always be the advisers’ first choice, delivering solutions that makes advice easy.
Lead Business Analysts play a key role throughout the change lifecycle, contributing to the initial shaping of work at the “idea” stage, helping colleagues and key external 3rd party partners understand and identify their requirements, contributing to designing solutions and supporting delivery, test and implementation of those solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use your broad skill sets within this framework to contribute your extensive business and systems knowledge to support the end to end solution.
- Form part of the Leadership Team within the wider business analysis practice acting as a point of reference, knowledge, experience.
- Colleague management and guidance responsibility for less senior members of the team.
About the Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Demonstratable experience of working on change in a Business Analysis role.
- In depth understanding of development lifecycles and associated disciplines, particularly the role of Business Analysis.
- Exposure to leading a team of BA’s within a project.
- Ideally, possess an awareness of financial services products in the investment and savings market.
