The Client Domain is responsible for shaping data capabilities that drive client-focused outcomes. The department works closely with architects, technical leads, and business stakeholders to design, evolve, and communicate data models that underpin our digital and analytical solutions.
We’re looking for a versatile and collaborative Data Modeller / Analyst to join the Client Domain. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in agile environments, enjoys working across strategic and technical domains, and is passionate about shaping data capabilities that drive client-focused outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and Domain leadership to define scalable data strategies and models that support business objectives and future readiness.
- Identify opportunities to reuse and enhance existing data assets, ensuring compliance with governance, security, and regulatory standards.
- Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models, translating requirements into actionable specifications.
- Provide data insights and modelling support throughout the delivery lifecycle, participating in agile ceremonies.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and address data needs, ensuring alignment with agile methodologies and technical solutions.
About The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Experience with data modelling tools and techniques (e.g., ER/Studio, ERwin, UML, etc.).
- Proficiency in SQL/Python and data manipulation.
- Knowledge of Snowflake & Azure.
- Understanding of data architecture principles and data governance.
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communicator who can simplify complexity for diverse audiences.
- Thrive in agile, collaborative environments and enjoy continuous learning.
