Aberdeen is seeking a Security Control Room Operator to monitor CCTV, access control, alarms and building management tools across the estate. You will work a 12‑hour shift rotation (four days on, four off, four nights on) including weekends and holidays, handling access enquiries and daily reports while remaining calm under pressure.

You’ll join a small team with strong progression opportunities and on‑the‑job learning, supported by the Controller, and there are enhanced rate overtime.
