We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, and enthusiastic Team PA to support our Global Emerging Markets (GEM) Equities and Developed Markets (DM) Equities teams. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of both teams’ day-to-day operations, providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support to senior leaders and portfolio managers. Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support to the Deputy Head of GEM Equities and broader support to both GEM and DM teams.
- Manage complex diaries, coordinate internal/external meetings, conference calls, and global travel arrangements.
- Coordinate complex international travel, including multi-leg itineraries and the arrangement of entry documentation and visas for a wide range of global destinations.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes; ensure teams are fully briefed and equipped.
- Process monthly expenses and invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update departmental spreadsheets and records.
- Support the organisation of team events, offsites, and client meetings.
- Track outstanding stock notes and manage completion timelines.
- Work as part of a close-knit team of three PAs, providing holiday and absence cover as needed to ensure seamless support across the division.
- Provide ad hoc project support and cover for other PAs as needed.
About The Candidate
- Experience in a similar PA or team support role.
- Experience booking complex international travel.
- Strong diary management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.
- Experience in financial services or asset management is advantageous.
