About the Role
The successful candidate will support the delivery of global presentations across a wide range of client types and distribution channels. They will possess a strong understanding of investment products and strategies, with the ability to move confidently between asset classes to help the wider team manage workflow efficiently. As a key member of a highly specialised function, the role reports directly to the Global Head of Presentations. The candidate will carry out tasks including data collection, data analysis and the development of high‑quality presentation materials. They will independently produce moderately complex presentations, taking responsibility for planning, structuring and delivering content in line with the agreed brief. They will be actively involved throughout the full presentation lifecycle—from initial preparation through to final distribution—ensuring all materials meet regional and regulatory compliance requirements. As part of a regular rotation, they will conduct peer reviews of colleagues’ materials from a regulatory and regional compliance perspective. The role also includes providing guidance, coaching and mentoring to team members. They will help ensure that key regulatory developments are accurately and seamlessly reflected across all materials.
Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of large, complex presentations, demonstrating creative flair and personally developing slides where needed.
About the Candidate
- Experience of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint (essential), Excel, Outlook & Word.
- Experience of Aprimo, Seismic.
- Aware of Salesforce (or similar CRM system).
- Able to observe risk & compliance guidelines; adheres to regulatory requirements.
