About the role: Fund Finance is an exciting growth business within Private Credit. We manage several private credit mandates that invest into investment-grade loan facilities used by Private Equity managers to bridge their investment activity and grow their asset portfolios. We work alongside investment banks, taking syndicated positions fund-level debt facilities. We are looking for an experienced investment professional to support our global loan origination activity and manage a portfolio of existing fund finance investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with financial sponsors, debt advisory firms and banks
  • Sourcing investment opportunities and managing transactions from concept through execution to completion.
  • Conducting detailed credit analysis and due diligence, including credit ratings and ESG risk profiling
  • Preparation and presentation of investment papers for investment committees
  • Working with clients to discuss transactions, pipelines, outlook and performance of existing investments
  • Assist with reporting and governance requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Industry Knowledge within a bank, insurer or asset manager within a front-line origination role
  • Proven track record of originating senior loans across Europe, UK or North America with the ability to lead loan transactions through their full life cycle
  • Experience of credit and financial risk analysis
  • Existing network of relationships with banks and financial sponsors.
