About the Department
We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Engineer to join our Power Platform Centre of Enablement. The Centre of Enablement is responsible for leading the development and governance of Power Platform solutions across our organisation.
About the Role
This role is central to our digital transformation strategy, enabling scalable, secure, and innovative applications that support both operational efficiency and business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate & Copilot Studio).

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver low-code applications.
-
Support solution testing, deployment, and documentation.
-
Contribute to the development of reusable components and templates.
-
Participate in CoE initiatives to promote adoption and best practices.
-
Assist in delivering enablement sessions, workshops, and for fellow engineers and citizen developers.

Support the creation and maintenance of learning materials, templates, and starter kits.
-
Provide hands-on support to users building their first apps or flows, helping troubleshoot and guide best practices.
-
Assist with Power Platform administration activities covering governance, environment set up, DLP implementation and usage monitoring.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Solid experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.

Experience supporting or training users in Power Platform tools.

Understanding of Power Platform connectors and licensing.

Familiarity with enablement tools such as learning paths, templates, and documentation platforms.

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
