You’ll lead and support a team of Operations Assistants, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising day-to-day operations, including large events, the swimming pools, classes and sports set-ups Ensuring adequate staff coverage and handling operational challenges Being the key point of contact for emergency situations, including first aid and fire evacuations Monitoring and maintaining sports equipment and pool plant operations Providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries efficiently Managing administrative tasks such as staff rotas, training, and performance reviews Who We\’re Looking For We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive individual with: Experience in a supervisory role within a sports or leisure environment Strong customer service and problem-solving skills A valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) or willingness to obtain one A team-focused mindset with the ability to motivate and lead others Availability to work on a rotational shift basis , including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Ready to Join the ASV Team?
