The Role
As an Operations Assistant, you’re the face of ASV. You’ll help keep our facilities safe, welcoming, and running smoothly. No two shifts are the same — from setting up sports events to supervising the pool, you’ll be right in the action. This role is perfect if you:

Key Responsibilities
- Lifeguarding of our Olympic sized swimming pool and diving pool
- Set up and dismantle equipment for sports activities and exercise classes
- Ensure facilities are safe, clean, and ready to go (inside and out)
- Respond to customer questions and requests in a friendly, professional way
- Provide emergency first aid and respond confidently to incidents
- Create a positive experience for every customer, every shift

- RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (don’t have it yet? We can help you get it!)
