Customer Experience Assistant – Hospitality

Contract type: Both casual & contract positions available.

We are recruiting enthusiastic Customer Experience Assistants to join our team as we gear up for a busy Autumn season. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your passion for hospitality to life in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment across our vibrant venues.

Positions are both casual and contract. The majority are part-time, but there is potential for contract roles of 30 hours or more for the right candidate.

The Role

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a safe and memorable experience.
  • Prepare and serve drinks and food across our bars and café bars, including high‑volume service during pre‑show and interval times.
  • Support daytime café bar services at Coda (Music Hall) and The Terrace (His Majesty’s Theatre).
  • Assist in providing hospitality for corporate events, conferences, and special occasions.

About You

Salary: £13.45 per hour.
