Overview

Aberdeen & Northern Estates (ANE) is a chartered surveying firm providing a comprehensive range of rural property services throughout the North and Northeast Scotland. ANE is part of ANM Group and handles rural property sales, red book valuations, utilities & compensation claims, agricultural landlord & tenant matters, and related rural surveying services.

The successful candidate will join the team with a primary focus on rural valuation work and sales, and involvement in all aspects of rural consultancy. The role requires an experienced and fully qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a RICS Registered Valuer. A fellow/member of CAAV and/or post-qualified experience would be desirable.

The successful candidate should be able to prioritise conflicting deadlines, work proactively, and communicate effectively at all levels. They will deliver market-leading, first-class service to clients, develop relationships, and contribute to business growth through active business development.
