Responsibilities:
- Provide full range of administrative and coordination support in various areas of business duties with internal and external parties.
- Handle customer complaints and follow-up with relevant parties, and comply complaint reports.
- Assist the supervisor to plan, organize and provide coordination support for trade/professional associations.
- Maintain filing and documentation system.
- Handle ad hoc exercises as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary education with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in office administration is highly preferred.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and English & Chinese Word Processing.
- Experience in handling customer complaints in passenger transport service sector will be an advantage.
