Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of administrative and coordination support in various areas of business duties with internal and external parties.
  • Handle customer complaints and follow-up with relevant parties, and comply with complaint reports.
  • Assist the supervisor to plan, organize and provide coordination support for trade/professional associations.
  • Maintain filing and documentation system.
  • Handle ad hoc exercises as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary education with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in office administration is highly preferred.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and English & Chinese Word Processing.
  • Experience in handling customer complaints in passenger transport service sector will be an advantage.
