Role Description

This is a full‑time, Sales Manager role working from our offices in Aberdeen or East Kilbride. The Sales Manager will grow a portfolio of clients across key sectors, including hospitality, healthcare, care homes, workwear, education, and facilities management. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upselling
  • Collaborating closely with operations, customer service, and finance to ensure service quality, accurate pricing, and timely delivery of proposals and contracts
  • Analyzing sales performance, preparing forecasts and reports
  • Representing the company at meetings and industry events
  • Actively promoting the organization’s carbon‑neutral and sustainability credentials as a core value proposition

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally within services, facilities management, hospitality, or related industries
  • Strong skills in relationship‑building, negotiation, and closing sales, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to conduct market research, develop sales strategies, and create tailored proposals for customers in multiple sectors
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Solid organizational and time‑management abilities, including pipeline management and prioritization in a fast‑paced environment

  • Valid authorization to work in the UK and the ability to travel across Scotland to client sites and meetings as required
