ALS provides commercial laundry and workwear services to hotels, hospitals and businesses from production sites across Scotland.

The role
Based in Aberdeen and averaging 25 hours per week, with a working pattern to be agreed, you’ll provide admin, customer and finance support across the business.
What you’ll do:
- Office and admin: phones, emails, post and office supplies
- Customers and suppliers: handle queries and keep contact details accurate
- Supporting our plants: share and chase up information between head office and our four sites
- Finance support: data entry, processing invoices in our SaaS accounting system, and purchase and sales ledger support
- Meetings: arrange meetings, prepare documents and prepare minutes
- Reports: compile information and simple reports for managers
- Ad hoc tasks: help out wherever needed
About you
- Office, admin or business support experience
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Highly organised and accurate, able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines
- Friendly and professional on the phone, by email and in person
- Discreet with confidential information and happy to help across the business
Nice to have: bookkeeping or finance admin experience, SaaS accounting software such as Xero or Sage, or multi-site experience.

The package:
- Salary: £22,000 per annum
- 28 days’ holiday, pro rata (accrued)
