Provide centre-based and outreaching in delivering community health programmes and projects
Assist in liaison of community partners and other parties to facilitate the implementation of projects
Maintain and update service records, report and related documents
Requirements:
Degree holder preferably in community health
HKCEE 5 passes [incl. Eng (Syl B) & Chinese at grade E or above] or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of social welfare or healthcare service experience preferred
Good command of digital literacy and computer literacy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
Shift duty including 2 days night shift until 9.15pm per week
Five-day work
Out-patient and hospitalization medical scheme
