Job Overview
- Monitor and support the IT infrastructure and systems at Southern District Health Centre to ensure reliable and stable operation.
- Develop Business Contingency Plan for backup of the IT system and report to governance bodies.
- Establish and maintain IT security policies and guidelines.
- Analyze service requirements and develop IT infrastructure solutions including networking, servers, firewalls and end-user devices.
- Prepare cost estimation and procurement documents, liaise with contractors, and monitor their performance.
- Provide user IT training, guidance and manuals for new systems.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support the IT infrastructure and systems.
- Develop the Business Contingency Plan and report to governance bodies.

- Analyze service requirements and develop IT infrastructure solutions.
- Prepare cost estimation and procurement documents, liaise with contractors, and ensure high-quality performance.
- Provide user IT training, guidance, and manuals for new system implementations.
- Perform shift duty, including up to two nights per week until 9:15 pm.
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
- Minimum of five years of post-qualification experience in IT system projects and vendor management.
- Experience in government, social, and medical sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
