About the Role We are looking for a Senior Identity & Full-Stack Engineer to take technical ownership of our customer-facing identity platform while contributing to application, API and cloud engineering initiatives. Based in Edinburgh, this permanent opportunity combines identity platform leadership with hands-on software engineering across Microsoft Azure and modern digital technologies. You will play a key role in improving security, reliability, automation and user experience across our digital estate. Build and support cloud-native applications, APIs and integrations on Microsoft Azure, taking solutions from design through to production support. Troubleshoot complex incidents, perform root-cause analysis and strengthen operational resilience across digital services. Mentor engineers and contribute to technical leadership, standards and best practices across Digital Engineering. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, identity integration and cloud-native services. Strong software engineering capability across C# .NET APIs, backend services and secure integrations. Desirable: Okta administration, SCIM provisioning, access governance, GraphQL, Playwright, TypeScript, Terraform-based infrastructure provisioning, AI-assisted engineering tools and regulated financial services experience.
