As Investment Trust Marketing Assistant, you will provide hands-on support across a broad range of marketing initiatives, contributing directly to the promotion of our investments trusts. This role is well suited to someone with early marketing experience, who enjoys working across multiple projects and channels. You will be relied upon for your strong attention to detail, proofing skills and ability to keep activity moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support strategic marketing plans: Assisting with the execution of multi‐channel marketing campaigns designed to promote our investment trusts and build brand visibility.
- Content coordination: Liaising with fund managers, copywriters and internal stakeholders to help produce timely, accurate and engaging content for each trust.
- Website management: Maintaining and updating trust website, ensuring articles, trust updates, event information and regulatory content are current, accurate and compliant.
- Social media support: Drafting, scheduling and publishing social media and managing our YouTube channel posts to support thought leadership, fund promotion and corporate messaging.
- Campaign and newsletter support: Assisting with the production and distribution of newsletters, event invitations and campaign communications.
- Event coordination: Supporting the planning and delivery of webinars, presentations and conferences.
- Team administration: Providing organisational and administrative support to the Head of Investment Trust Promotion, Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive.
- Internal communications: Producing and circulating a regular internal marketing update to keep colleagues informed of recent activity and upcoming campaigns.
About the Candidate:
- Knowledge and experience of digital marketing.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience within investment management or financial services (Preferred).
