About the Role

Technical Business Analyst with deep experience in infrastructure data analysis, server lifecycle management, and insights reporting. In this role, you will work at the intersection of technology and business, transforming complex infrastructure data into actionable intelligence that drives strategic decision‑making and operational excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled individual, and relationship‑building skills are essential, as you will regularly collaborate with technical teams, project leadership, and non‑technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed infrastructure data analysis, identifying patterns, risks, and opportunities across server estates and platforms.
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders across Infrastructure, Architecture, Security, and Delivery teams to gather requirements and align priorities.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably in an infrastructure or technology‑heavy environment.
  • Hands-on experience with server lifecycle or obsolescence management and understanding of supporting technologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in converting complex datasets into meaningful insights and communicating findings clearly.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, with experience working across multi‑disciplinary technical teams.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure components such as servers, storage, networking, and operating systems.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools used for data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience working within ITIL‑aligned environments or infrastructure transformation programmes.
