What You'll Do
The COO is the operational backbone of our Investments business, driving innovation, delivering outstanding client service, and enabling strategic transformation. As a graduate, you’ll be immersed in the technology, data, and operations that power our investment capabilities. You’ll rotate across areas such as:
- Investments Technology – supporting front-office platforms and digital tools.
- Client Technology – enhancing client-facing systems and experiences.
- Operations – streamlining processes and ensuring operational excellence.
- Data & Insight – managing and leveraging data to inform decisions.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to enterprise systems, and work with modern tools and cloud platforms. Expect to participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
