Overview
As Senior Campaign Manager, you own integrated B2B campaigns from brief to execution to drive growth, engagement and pipeline. You will shape a modern demand-generation approach, working with cross-functional teams to coordinate multi-channel plans. You’ll enhance measurement, coach teammates and elevate campaign quality. This role offers a visible, commercially focused path to define best-practice adviser marketing and impact the business.

Responsibilities
- Own the annual campaign roadmap and deliver integrated campaigns aligned to growth and pipeline goals
- Translate business priorities into multi-channel plans across content, email, paid social, webinars, events, sales enablement and digital activity
- Create coordinated campaigns and audiences with Product Marketing, Content, Brand, Events, Sales and Marketing Operations
- Manage timelines, segmentation, targeting, lead management and optimisation using data and testing
- Evolve the measurement framework and report on engagement, influence, conversion, ROI and commercial contribution
- Coach Campaign Managers and Marketing Consultants to raise standards and consistency
Key requirements
- Strong B2B campaign management, demand generation or growth marketing experience
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across channels, audiences and journey stages
- Commercial mindset and ability to link marketing to engagement, conversion, pipeline and revenue
- Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities and deadlines
- Use analytics and experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness and investment decisions
- Motivation to create differentiated, standout work in financial services
- Experience in financial services, fintech, SaaS or similar complex B2B environments with governance of financial promotions
- CRM, marketing automation, lead management or lifecycle programs, plus account-based marketing or sales activation
- Using AI, automation or modern marketing tech to improve planning, execution or reporting and collaborate with product marketing, sales or customer-facing teams
