b Overview /b p In this role you will drive new business by engaging adviser firms and progressing opportunities through targeted campaigns. You’ll operate within a three-person team to support growth of the Managed Portfolio Service and manage relationships across thousands of adviser accounts. You will maintain high regulatory and quality standards while refining products and services for adviser needs. This is a chance to build commercial expertise, influence pipeline outcomes and contribute to client-focused growth. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li 40 days’ annual leave /li li 16% employer pension contribution /li li discretionary performance-based bonus /li li private healthcare /li li gym discounts /li li season ticket loans /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Develop trusted relationships with adviser firms through proactive telephone engagement and professional conversations /li li Identify, qualify and progress opportunities via outbound prospecting, follow-up and campaigns to maintain pipeline momentum /li li Execute strategic sales campaigns with tailored propositions for adviser needs and commercial opportunities /li li Create high-quality Managed Portfolio Service referrals and collaborate with MPS BDMs to maximise conversions /li li Maintain accurate CRM records for adviser interactions, opportunities and actions in compliance with regulatory requirements /li li Build knowledge of products, propositions, systems and industry developments to support continuous improvement /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience working with financial advisers or intermediary firms /li li Strong communication, relationship management and influencing skills /li li Commercial mindset with ability to identify and develop sales opportunities while focusing on adviser and customer outcomes /li li Highly organised with prioritisation and follow-through /li li Proficiency in CRM and sales management systems and maintaining accurate records /li li Completed Diploma Status in Financial Planning, or progress towards it, with commitment to ongoing learning /li /ul ul li communication /li li relationship management /li li influencing /li li organization /li li CRM proficiency /li li sales management systems /li /ul
