Aberdeen Cyrenians is seeking a Relief Support Practitioner at Wernham House to deliver person-led care in service users' homes. Flexible shifts include mornings, evenings and weekends, under the supervision of the Independent Living Service Manager.
You will support with daily living needs and safeguarding, communicate with families and multi-disciplinary teams, and maintain records while promoting dignity and independence for service users.
