Responsibilities

  • Engage in rotations across finance and accounting teams to gain practical experience.
  • Deliver budgeting, forecasting and reporting support, providing analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Participate in structured finance training and professional study to qualify as a Chartered Accountant (ICAS).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery and drive business outcomes.
  • Take ownership of projects, manage competing priorities and deliver to high standards.

Qualifications & Expectations

  • Graduated or due to graduate in 2025 or 2026 with a degree in finance, accounting or related discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills, sound judgement and a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of building relationships across the organisation.
  • Motivation to pursue the ICAS Chartered Accountant qualification and continuous learning.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, take ownership of outcomes and deliver results.
  • Client‑focused mindset with proactive service improvement.
