Job Purpose: The Housing Integration Manager will drive integration activity across stakeholders (including Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership, NHS Grampian, Community Planning Aberdeen, Private Sector, Third Sector partners) to realise improved delivery of appropriate and sustainable accommodation for particularly vulnerable groups. The postholder will have strategic responsibility for the design and delivery of more integrated arrangements that better reflect the needs of vulnerable groups and ensure compliance within our statutory responsibilities and regulatory frameworks.
The postholder will be the lead housing interface within our Fairer Futures Pathfinder to support the key aim of better meeting the needs of vulnerable people through the development of the Family Support Model. As a member of the Housing Senior Leadership team and ACHSCP, the postholder will work collaboratively, providing visible leadership, direction and guidance to support the overall vision for the cluster and to ensure delivery across the professional structures and frameworks.
The post holder needs to hold as a minimum:
- Relevant degree or professional qualification and/or extensive experience related to the role.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Protecting Vulnerable Group (PVG) Membership.
The postholder is able to demonstrate:
- Strategic development in housing with a particular lens on Health and Social Care Partnership requirements.
- Managing, improving, monitoring and evaluating performance and improvement in housing and housing related services.
- Leading, managing and building effective teams.
- Leading and developing staff at a senior level.
- Managing, improving and monitoring performance at an individual, service and partnership level.
- Proven ability to manage and analyse data and make operational and strategic recommendations.

- Proven ability to plan and develop strategies using evidence, data intelligence and consultation.
