Job Purpose: To oversee and work as part of a team in the planning and delivery of a Primary School Breakfast Club provision to meet the individual needs of children and their families, ensuring their wellbeing and improving outcomes for all children. The purpose of the role is to oversee the provision of a healthy breakfast to primary school pupils.
The post holder needs to hold as a minimum:
- An Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate or willingness to undertake and pass this course within 6 months.
- FSA – Food Standards Agency's food allergy online training and pass this course within 1 month.
The postholder is able to demonstrate:
- Strong communication skills
- Awareness of risks within a school environment
- Sound written and numeracy skills
- High standard of hygiene awareness
