Job Purpose

The Void Utilities Officer will work closely with utilities companies in relation to void properties. They will be required to manage utility accounts, resolve billing issues and ensure that all meters are compliant and ready for use. The postholder will be located within the Housing Cluster but will work across both Housing and Corporate Landlord Cluster to deal with these issues in void properties.

Minimum Requirements

  • Educated to Standard Grade level or equivalent qualification
  • Current, full UK driving licence
