In this back of house role you'll ensure all delivery items are inspected for quantity, quality, use by date and are at the correct temperature. Ensure all deliveries are put away correctly following good food hygiene and safety standards as soon as possible after delivery. In units where there are shared storage areas make sure that deliveries are kept separate and stored in the appropriate area for each unit, following strict stock guidelines are followed at all times. You're someone who will provide vital support, no matter what time you're working, airport shifts can start as early as 3am. Early starts mean early finishes!
