  • Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.
  • Hands on experience of hospitality management.
  • Contributed to achieving P&L and KPI goals.
  • Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
  • Confident communicator, continually refining leadership skills.
  • Awesome at organising and multitasking.
