Role Purpose
To provide operational air support to the business by managing airline ticketing and servicing activities in line with airline requirements, internal policies and guest service standards.

Responsibilities
- Respond to day‑to‑day air‑related requests from reservation departments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Issue airline tickets in accordance with airline‑imposed time limits and company policies.
- Conduct quality checks on air bookings created by Travel Consultants, implementing amendments where necessary.
- Reissue airline tickets based on operational and guest‑driven requirements, ensuring cost‑effectiveness while maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Provide support, clarification and guidance to colleagues on air processes and ticketing procedures.
- Service NDC bookings with a clear understanding of system functionality and limitations.
- Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvements in air‑related processes.
Experience And Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Amadeus with proven airline ticketing experience.
- Strong working knowledge of ticket issuance, reissues and refunds.
- Experience managing flight allocations and group bookings.
- Proactive, organised and detail‑oriented approach.
- Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to change and new systems.
- Strong service‑driven attitude with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with BSPlink and related refund applications, ADM disputes, etc.
