Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile credit card statements and investigate discrepancies; ensure compliance with company policies and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations across multiple accounts; identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies promptly; ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Reconcile intercompany balances between group entities; investigate and resolve differences in intercompany accounts.
  • Process and post intercompany invoices accurately; ensure correct allocation and coding of transactions; support intercompany month-end close activities.
  • Review and clear aged or unmatched transactions; investigate and resolve debit balances in a timely manner.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes; support audits by providing required documentation; identify opportunities for process improvements.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting role (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong experience with reconciliations and ledger management.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
