Responsibilities
- Implement the global trade marketing plan in partnership with regional sales and marketing teams.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of B2B marketing initiatives.
- Work with regional marketing teams to deliver the global email marketing calendar, managing content coordination and briefing, email creation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with regional marketing and creative teams to produce print and digital collateral, including brochures, destination guides, leaflets, and presentations.
- Manage trade portal content, new feature rollouts, and regional communication, ensuring portal content is up to date and optimised.
- Support marketing actions related to onboarding new DMCs.
- Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns align with A&K’s brand guidelines and messaging.
- Manage the development and coordination of trade show materials and logistics.
- Monitor and report on digital trade channels (email and portal) to optimise engagement and effectiveness.
- Prepare creative briefs and collaborate with the creative team and external freelancers to develop on‑brand assets and content for internal and external channels.
- Maintain internal marketing project trackers, go-to-market plans, and monthly marketing summaries to support collaboration.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on B2B marketing.
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing channels and distribution within the travel industry.
- Experience working with luxury travel brands; DMC experience preferred.
- Strong CRM background.
- Exceptional project management skills and highly organised.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing or updating trade portals (advantageous).
- High level of digital and IT literacy.
- Hands‑on, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Resourceful self‑starter who takes initiative and works effectively with minimal supervision.
- Team player with a positive attitude who collaborates effectively across departments.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Sound understanding of brand management and adherence to brand guidelines.
