PURPOSE: We are on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer with a penchant for print design to join our creative team. As a key contributor, you\’ll be instrumental in crafting compelling visual materials, including brochures, direct mail campaigns, marketing materials, and brand collateral. Your work will play a vital role in fulfilling our mission of delivering unforgettable travel experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond creatively and promptly to briefs from global marketing and sales teams.
- Take the lead in creating and delivering visually compelling assets.
- Bring creative concepts to life across brand, marketing campaigns, and events.
- Uphold the highest standards of design quality and best practices.
- Provide guidance and review the work of junior designers to maintain quality.
- Work closely with marketing and creative teams to align design projects with objectives and brand guidelines.
- Own the design process from concept to delivering artwork to print.
- Ensure design consistency across various channels and platforms.
- Stay informed about the latest design trends, as well as cultural trends and emerging technologies.
- Act as a steward of brand integrity.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while paying meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure successful production.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
ABOUT YOU:
- A Bachelor\’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your print design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (Premier and After Effects a bonus)
- A background in luxury industries (e.g., fashion, hospitality, travel).
- A solid grasp of typography, layout, colour theory, and print production processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- An acute eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- A knack for creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative design concepts.
- The flexibility to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Ideally, a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
