We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer with an interest in both print and digital design to join our creative team. This role will support the development of brand, marketing, and campaign assets across multiple touchpoints — from brochures and direct mail to digital content and brand collateral. Working closely with senior designers and the wider Brand & Creative team, you will help bring ideas to life while learning and developing within a fast-paced, design-led environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creative team in responding to briefs from global marketing and sales teams.
  • Assist in the design and production of print and digital assets, including brochures, campaigns, marketing materials, social assets and brand collateral.
  • Contribute to creative concepts across brand initiatives, campaigns, and events.
  • Work under the guidance of senior designers to maintain high creative and production standards.
  • Help ensure consistency and integrity of brand identity across all channels and platforms.
  • Participate in projects from initial concept through to final artwork and delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers, including printers, developers and production partners.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Stay informed on design trends, cultural developments, and emerging technologies.

Experience and Skills

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a graphic design role or relevant internships.
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, and production processes.
  • Awareness of digital design principles, including UX/UI and user-centred thinking.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Interest or experience within luxury, travel, fashion, or hospitality sectors is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within a creative environment.
