The position as Assistant Manager is very dynamic. You will be responsible for increasing our sales results, developing strategies to improve the customer experience, coordinating store operations, and leading a team of employees. You will oversee our business processes, open and close the store, and ensure everything runs smoothly. The Assistant Manager is responsible for updating the collection, providing styling tips, and having comprehensive product knowledge. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing store staff.
