As a Key Lead, you are responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. Key Leads support by taking responsibility on the sales floor, acting as a point of contact for sales floor and stock associates, and training them. Additionally, they ensure that store operations run smoothly. Key Leads are part of the management team, taking responsibility for the store's performance by ensuring customer experience on the sales floor and achieving daily sales targets with the team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing routine
- Product knowledge and brand awareness
- Understanding and analysing key metrics and sales
- Proactive thinking and attention to detail
- Register/Point of Sales use
- Asset protection
- Responsibility for visual displays and merchandise presentation
- Ensuring system skills are maintained
Schedule Requirements:
Availability schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 20 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
What it Takes:
- Education - High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- Retail Experience - At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
- Supervisor/Managerial Experience - No supervisory/management experience is required
- CEFR B2 Fluency in English & German, required
- Customer focus and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Fashion trend knowledge
- Outgoing and assertive
- Adaptability/Flexibility & Stress Tolerance
- Multi-tasking ability and strong work ethic

The starting rate for this position is €14.98 per hour. The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
