What You’ll Do
- Ensure all customers receive a quality in‑store experience.
- Act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates.
- Coordinate opening and closing routine.
- Maintain Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness.
- Demonstrate Business Understanding.
- Show proactive thinking and attention to detail.
- Register/Point of Sales operation.
- Ensure Asset Protection.
- Display visual displays system skills.
- Drive floor performance through customer experience and daily sales.
Work Schedule Requirements
- Schedule will vary weekly but expect to work at least 16 hours per week.
- Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays.
- Hours may increase during peak timeframes to support business needs.
What it Takes
- Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (preferred).
- Retail Experience: At least 1 year preferred.
- Supervisor/Managerial Experience: Not required.
- Customer focus, communication, interpersonal interaction, fashion trend knowledge.
- Outgoing, assertiveness, adaptability/flexibility, stress tolerance, poise, ambition, multi‑tasking.
