As a Key Lead, you are responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. Key Leads support by taking responsibility on the sales floor, acting as a point of contact for sales floor and stock associates, and training them. They ensure that store operations run smoothly and are part of the management team, responsible for driving store performance through customer experience and achieving daily sales targets.
Your Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing routine
- Product knowledge and brand awareness
- Understanding and analysing key metrics and sales
- Proactive thinking and attention to detail
- Register/Point of Sales use
- Asset protection
- Responsibility for visual displays and store presentation
- Ensuring system processes are followed
Work Schedule Requirements:
Availability schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 20 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
What it Takes:
- Education - High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- Retail Experience - At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
- Supervisor/Managerial Experience - No supervisory/management experience is required
- CEFR B2 Fluency in English & German required
- Customer focus

The starting rate for this position is €14.98 per hour. The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
