As a Key Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers have a high-quality shopping experience in the store. Key Leads support by taking responsibility on the sales floor, being a point of contact for sales floor and stockroom staff, and training them. Additionally, they ensure that store operations run smoothly. Key Leads are part of the management team and take responsibility for the store's performance by ensuring the customer experience on the sales floor and achieving daily sales targets with the team.

Work Schedule Requirements:

Availability schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 20 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

What it Takes:

  • Education - High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • Retail Experience - At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
  • Supervisor/Managerial Experience - No supervisory/management experience is required
  • CEFR B2 Fluency in English & German, required
