Oversees the functions of the stockroom including receiving and processing shipment, merchandise organization and sales floor replenishment. Executes necessary operational functions in the event that a manager is not present. Stock lead associates are generally required to work 40 hours per week, but may work more or less depending on the time of year and needs of the business. Stock lead associates may be required to work most Saturdays and some Sundays, and during the weeks of peak holiday seasons.
