As a Key Lead (m/w/d), you are responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. Key Leads support by taking responsibility on the sales floor, acting as a point of contact for sales floor and stock associates, and training them. Additionally, they ensure that store operations run smoothly. Key Leads are part of the management team, taking responsibility for the store's performance by ensuring customer experience on the sales floor and achieving daily sales targets with the team.

- Opening and closing routine

- Understanding and analysing key figures and sales

- Register/Point of Sales use

- Responsibility for product presentation and sales floor

Your Work Schedule:
The schedule will vary weekly, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. Availability on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as certain holidays, is required. Additionally, hours may increase during peak times to meet business needs.
Qualifications:
- Education - High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- Retail Experience - At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
- Supervisor/Managerial Experience - No supervisory/management experience required
- CEFR B2 Fluency in English & German required
- Customer focus

The starting rate for this position is €14.98 per hour. The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
