The EMEA Home Office Junior Recruiter drives the recruiting & hiring strategy for A&F Co.’s corporate office in London. They play a unique role in driving business growth by ensuring our teams have the right people to maximize the success of our portfolio of brands. They are responsible for full life cycle recruiting from open role through new hire experience for roles spanning a broad range of skills and departments. The Junior Recruiter develops targeted attraction strategies, delivers a best‑in‑class candidate experience, and leverages their expertise in talent evaluation to bring the highest caliber talent to our stores. They leverage their natural curiosity to build a detailed understanding of the roles and can drive innovative staffing solutions to deliver results for even the most challenging roles. They are authentically able to share our unique employee value proposition with candidates and build strong relationships with internal and external partners. They are highly independent and able to work with cross‑functional partners to drive results. This person is uniquely skilled in all aspects of recruiting, including data, systems & processes, talent evaluation, training, employer branding, and candidate experience. This person has a passion for our brands, culture, and people and is a champion for bringing diverse perspectives to our A&F Co. family of brands. This role is located at our London, EMEA, Home Office.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Lead talent acquisition strategy for all departments at A&F Co.’s EMEA Home Office
  • Manage full life‑cycle recruiting process from open role through new hire on‑boarding
  • Develop new and innovative localized attraction strategies that drive diverse, qualified talent to A&F Co.’s brands
  • Track hiring metrics and market insights and share with A&F stakeholders; leverage data to inform market strategy and process improvement
  • Build a deep understanding of the ideal talent profile through strong relationships and alignment with Hiring Managers & HR Business Partner
  • Develop proactive pipeline and sourcing strategies to deliver quality talent with speed
  • Collaborate with store and home office HRBPs, and legal teams to ensure high compliance with hiring nuances across countries
  • Create and deliver a market specific employer branding strategy leveraging social media, job boards and other branding platforms
  • Leverage advanced and creative sourcing techniques to discover top talent within complex searches
  • Understand and maximize use of recruiting technologies to drive efficiency and deliver top quality talent
  • Provide a best‑in‑class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Summarize and present candidate feedback and hiring recommendations to HRBP’s and business leaders

What Do You Need To Bring?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition or related experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently, multi‑task, prioritize, meet deadlines and drive results
  • Proven ability to maintain a high volume of work with quality and speed
  • Outstanding talent evaluation skills with proven success
  • Comfort in analyzing data, drawing conclusions and leveraging insights to develop innovative strategies
  • A collaborative approach to partnering with and gaining buy‑in from cross‑functional partners to achieve the vision of the brand
  • Successful track record in building and maintaining relationships
  • Passion for recruitment technology, advertising and staffing solutions with ability to execute a test and learn approach to new investments
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to coach and train effectively
