The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor. They provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring effective store operations. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
