Job Description The Stock Lead is responsible for overseeing all functions of the stockroom including receiving and processing shipment, merchandise organization and sales floor replenishment. The Stock Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance through effective and efficient merchandise processes.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee stockroom organization.
- Ensure that all shipments are processed correctly.
- Complete replenishment tasks.
- Maintain presentation standards throughout the store.
- Process Omni‑Channel orders.
Schedule / Availability
- Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 20 hours per week.
- Required availability on nights and weekends.
- During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- Education — High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Retail Experience — At least 1 year of stockroom experience is preferred.
- Supervisor/Managerial Experience — No supervisory/management experience is required.
